Cancellations:
We require a 24 hour notification on all spa services. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of a full price of your service billed directly to your credit card.

Appointments:
If you are running behind, please call us and let us know first. If you are late for your appointment we will have to shorten the duration of your service so that others are not inconvenienced.

Gift Certificates/Promotions:
Gift Certificates cannot be combined with promotions and specials. You may only choose one (1) promotional/special service per single visit. You cannot combine any special or promotional services together.

Parties:
Spa, bridal, business parties are available. Please speak to our spa director to book an event.

Gratuities:
Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients, but for your convenience gratuity may be added to your credit card when having multiple services or purchasing gift certificate.

Spa reservations:
Credit card or gift certificate will be required to reserve any spa package or multiple service appointments.

Please note:
All treatments require the removal of jewelry. Its our suggestion that you leave your valuables at home; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please disclose any medical conditions and / or prescriptions; advise us of any allergies or if you have used retin-a. All of our equipment is sterilized for spa services. Spa is 100% smoke and cell phone free. Children under 12 years old are not permitted in the Spa Area.
